Deposits, progress payments, final payments, and other payment requirements will be established in the applicable proposal or project agreement.

6. Change Orders and Additional Work
Remodeling projects sometimes require modifications after work has begun.
Changes requested by the customer or work required because of previously concealed or unforeseen conditions may affect the project price and completion schedule.
Examples may include concealed water damage, electrical or plumbing conditions, structural issues, code-related requirements, deterioration, or other conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
When appropriate, these changes may be documented through a change order, revised estimate, written authorization, or other project documentation.
7. Project Scheduling
Any project start date or completion date provided before or during a project is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Project schedules may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Natural materials may vary in color, grain, texture, pattern, or appearance. Such natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.
9. Permits and Inspections
Some remodeling and construction projects may require permits, inspections, approvals, or other governmental authorization.
Responsibility for obtaining permits and coordinating inspections will be determined by the applicable project agreement and applicable law.
Customers agree to reasonably cooperate when owner authorization, documentation, signatures, access, or other information is required.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information concerning the property and project.
Depending on the project, customers may also be responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, identifying known hazards or concealed conditions, securing pets and personal belongings, and making required selections or approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
Customer delays in providing access, approvals, selections, information, or payments may affect the project schedule.
11. Warranties
Any workmanship or project-specific warranty provided by Magic Hammer Remodeling will be described in the applicable project agreement or warranty documentation.
Products and materials supplied by third-party manufacturers may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. Such warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.
